1971 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray in South Norfolk, VA

This is a 1971 Corvette convertible. It has had complete suspension rebuild, including hd springs, sway-bars and Bilstein shocks. All brake calibers,pads and lines have been replaced. The vacuum brake booster was replaced with a Hydratech Hydraulic break assist unit. The transmission is a custom built TH200R4 (overdrive automatic) with a 3.36 rear end. Engine is a service replacement 454 4bolt main, which was rebuilt as a 427, and has hydraulic roller cam, edelbrock aluminum heads w/roller rockers and a custom holley performance carburetor. This engine dyno'd at 500hp/500ft/lbs. The car has Hooker sidepipes with low-restriction mufflers. It has a functional l88 induction hood, MSD electronic ignition and tach drive/distributor as well as reconditioned original radiator and r134 air conditioning. The evaporator and heating core have been replaced. The air-mixing box has been rebuilt and resealed.
